I've used Guaranteed over the last 6 years a handful of times. They've been over to my place once and a rental I manage about 3 times. They've always given me same day service of some kind and I can think of only one project that took more than a day. Tom is usually the guy I get. He's an old timer, no offense Tom :), that works the problem and shares a little advice and that's exactly what I'm looking for. If I had any criticism about the company it would be strongly recommending a new furnace after the basement flooding I had at the rental. I understand where they're coming from because we dropped $1000 on that repair and had another part go bad on us a couple weeks later but the home owner wasn't prepared to make such a large investment in a short amount of time. Our priorities at the time were to fix the flooding issue, take care of the tenant's immediate HVAC needs and then see what we can do next. But at the end of the day, even with an old flooded unit, they get things working again and that's what matters to me most and I'll continue to call them when the need arises.
