Had my yearly air conditioner checkup as usual, this company is the best. I have been a customer since 2013.

I forget his name, but he saved our Christmas! He came when 7 other companies wouldn't. It took him less than an hour and he was GREAT!

I called on a Sunday with no heat a week before Christmas. The guy helped me over the phone to fix the problem.

For the last 3 days I had issues with my furnace. It would cycle and cut off. My house temperature was 62 degrees. Not good when it's in the low 30's!! I had a service number on my furnace for Guaranteed Heating and cooling. I reached out to them around 4:30 pm. Within the hour I had service technician Ben working on my furnace . Ben was very professional. All my questions were answered. Now my house is at 69 degrees. All I can say is wow! Thank you Guaranteed Heating and cooling!

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I have to say that the service I have been provided has been nothing short of stellar. I called and received an estimate the same day. Repairs to be conducted the following day. WOW! Customers in this day and age don't get the kind of service that this company provides. Everyone I have talked to from the service coordinator to the technicians were both very courteous and prompt. I will be calling this company for all of my future HVAC needs.
